Operating procedure and normal temperature state of machining


Mechanical processing is a process of changing the shape size or performance of the workpiece with processing machinery. According to the temperature state of the workpiece being processed, it can be divided into cold processing and hot processing when in use. Generally processed at room temperature, and does not cause chemical or phase changes in the workpiece, called cold processing.


Mechanical processing is generally higher than or lower than normal temperature processing, so that it will directly cause the chemical or phase changes of the workpiece, known as hot processing. Cold machining can be divided into cutting machining and pressure machining according to the difference of processing methods. Common hot work is heat treatment, forging, casting and welding. The first is the material hardness requirements, for some occasions, the higher the hardness of the material is the better, but limited to the hardness requirements of processing machine parts, processing material can not be too hard, if it is harder than the machine parts can not be processed.




The operating procedure of machining


1. Finishing: This processing principle is roughly some grinding and polishing processing, which is usually carried out after the product is completely completed.


2.
