(12) For fasteners required by the regular tightening torque, it is necessary to select a torque wrench and tighten them according to the regular tightening torque.
(13) After bonding, the remaining adhesive that flows out should be removed.
(14) The semi-circular hole of the bearing outer ring and the open bearing seat and bearing cover shall not be stuck; Bearing outer ring and open bearing seat and bearing cover semi-circular hole should be touched outstanding, with the color view, and bearing seat in the symmetry of 120° center line, and bearing cover in the symmetry of 90° center line should be evenly touched. In the above range with the feeler ruler check, 0.03mm feeler ruler shall not be plugged into the outer ring width of 1/3.

The pin must not come loose after driving.
(19) When the alloy bearing lining surface is yellow, it is prohibited to use it. The nucleation phenomenon is prohibited in the regular touch Angle, and the nucleation area outside the touch Angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total area of the non-touch area.
(20) gear (worm gear) datum end face and shaft shoulder (or positioning sleeve end face) should be fitted, with 0.05mm feeler ruler to see. And should ensure the gear reference end face and axis perpendicularity requirements.
(21) Before assembly, strictly check and remove the acute Angle, burr and foreign body remaining in parts processing. Ensure that the seals are not grazed when loaded.
(22) The casting is not allowed to have cold insulation, crack, shrinkage cavity and penetration defects and serious damage defects.
(23) Castings shall be cleaned and clean, without burrs and flying edges. The pouring riser on the non-machining indication shall be cleaned and flush with the appearance of the casting.
(24) The casting characters and marks on the non-machined surface should be clear and recognizable, and the position and font should conform to the drawing requirements.
(25) Castings should be removed casting riser, flying spur, etc. The residual amount of pouring riser on the non-processing surface should be leveled and polished to meet the appearance quality requirements
(26) Molding sand, core sand and core bone on the casting should be removed and cleaned.
(27) The inclined part of the casting and its scale service belt should be symmetrically equipped along the inclined plane.
(28) Right and wrong type, boss casting bias, etc., should be corrected to reach the smooth transition, a to ensure the appearance of quality.
(29) Casting appearance should be flat, gate, burr, sand, etc., should be removed and clean.
(30) The casting is not allowed to have cold insulation, cracks, holes and other casting defects detrimental to the use of the casting.
(31) It is necessary to remove rust, oxide skin, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt before painting the surface of all iron and steel parts that need to be painted.
(32) The non-processed surface of machine product castings shall be treated with shot peening or roller treatment to reach the cleanliness level Sa2 1/2.
